COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
There is hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes available on-site. Gloves and/disposable masks are available by request. Studio is cleaned and sanitized in-between each use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space
Styled, small natural light photography studio located one exit away from Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International airport. This studio is perfect for various types natural light photography, content creation, and small meetings or private trainings. Studio is equipped with free WiFi, a private dressing room, table for 6 persons, small white marker board, television with HDMI cord, microwave, small fridge for beverages, two couches, one small desk, two chairs for various use, and a full-length mirror. Meeting room has floor to ceiling windows. Four free parking spaces are included with reservation. Various restaurants and hotels are located within walking distance. Only what is shown in the photographs is what is available. We are not able to accommodate rentals beyond 5:00pm EST. Be sure to schedule time for arrivals, preparation, shooting, and clean-up in your rental time.

Space has natural light
Lighting description
There are floor to ceiling windows in conference room, and white sheer curtains to moderately control the high sun. Studio is the brightest between 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, though the natural lighting is great throughout the day. Natural lighting may vary on cloudy or rainy days.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The studio is located near the airport and in a retail building. Though relatively private and quiet, please be aware that there is no soundproofing if you are recording. You are likely to hear planes, construction and street traffic. Guests are asked to keep all music and sound to a minimum as there are other offices located on the floor.

Studio is accessed by elevator or stairs. In the unlikely event that the elevator is out of use, please be prepared to walk and/or carry all items and equipment up two flights of stairs.

Electrical system description
There are a number of outlets available for use. In the event that you need access to the circuit breaker, please contact the hosts.

General Rules
We look forward to working with you. Please be sure to review the following rules prior to your reservation to ensure that this space is the best fit for your needs.
EVENTS
Absolutely no events without permission from hosts. Your reservation will be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. No more than 6 people permitted in the studio at one time.
OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must immediately remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your needs. The furniture is heavy and you will be responsible for any damage made.
PARKING
Parking is at your own risk. Studio, hosts, and building are not liable for any damages to your vehicle while parked in the retail lot. Four spaces are available during your rental. If you expect that you will need more than four spaces, please contact the host prior to the reservation to avoid towing.
EXTERIOR
Absolutely no photography or videography is allowed in the hallways or the exterior of the building. Guests are limited to within the studio. This will be considered a disturbance to the other businesses and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
PETS
No animals are permitted on property due to health and building codes.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. Absolutely no glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved, however, we asked that you discuss what will be moved prior to rental. The furniture is heavy and will require assistance to move it.

Security cameras and recording devices
Two visible security cameras on premises at the door and installed on wall.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Yes, I would book again.
Great space, great host! Used the space for a brand photo & video shoot, client was thrilled with how it looked for her brand. Mecca was super responsive the whole time, and gave all the information we needed for getting there and using the most of the space! The space has a ton of beautiful natural light as well. Will definitely be back!
