3 miles to OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE. THE ARCADIA HOUSE is a beautifully built and designed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in hands down the best neighborhood in all of Phoenix! THE ARCADIA HOUSE offers a spacious and peaceful retreat where you can unwind in luxury. From the chefs kitchen, large bedrooms, large open floor plan to gather, you may never have a reason to leave. Enjoy your beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, wood floors and Viking brand appliances. The wet bar as well as wine closet with refrigerators and chillers will provide a welcome entertaining perk. Gather with friends and family by the fire in the great room or enjoy another fireplace in your master suite on any cool Arizona evening. Your split floor plan provides 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths on one side, while the large master wing includes walk-in closets, sitting room, desk area to work from and soaking tub on the other side.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Jackie was super easy to work and coordinate with. She was always timely in responses and quite generous to allow me and my friend to shoot here within a few days notice. This space is as stunning as it looks, with such nice light, perfect for a photoshoot session. We will definitely use this space and other PHX Stays spaces again!

Yes, I would book again.

Space was very nice - looked great on camera and we got some wonderful footage from here. Felt a bit smaller than the pics made it look, but still plenty of room for a crew of 9 for a video shoot. You do feel like a customer in a business transaction when you rent the space as it's run by a management company and lacks the personal touch. There were a few hiccups in communication with their automated system but the host did sort those out reasonably quickly - would use again.

Jackie was a very responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating host! The home is absolutely insane (in every good way) and far exceeded my expectations. Being able to film in this home is truly a value add to music video!

The house was very clean, and organized, and worked well for our video shoot. The furniture was very appealing and worked well because it made for good background. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn't working when we arrived, but the host came out right away. They ran out to home depot and bought a portable air conditioner since the house was warming up as more people arrived. It helped prevent the home from reaching unsafe levels of heat. I appreciated the quick response to the issues.
