About the Space

Our studio is a perfect place for recording music in a comfortable environment away from outside interference. We provide : 1. Clean and safe Environment to record/ and or work on projects 2. Engineer is provided in each recording session (With extra fee, must notify of need before booking is confirmed) 3. Personal key-code for access to studio 4. Recording booth 5. Hand sanitizers and wipes 6. Humidifier 7. Bathroom accessible 8. Flat screen Tv able to go on youtube, netflix etc 9. Acoustic guitar available for use 10. Microphone ready for use 11. (4) Studio Speakers Also available as a creative space.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
