Peerspace did a poor job explaining add-ins and additional fees. Reserve hookah setup upon arrival guest was asked to pay additional 40 per person. Your entry depends on host arrival time, host gave me a setup time for 7pm. Host arrived at 7:48pm. The building and add on were not readily available upon arrival had to wait for host to get prepared. Chairs were not covered as advertised this was untrue. Host stayed at event the entire night with a friend which was a little awkward especially for hourly rate advertised. My event went over my original request by approximately 10 ppl. Host complained about fire marshal, researched city ordinance in found that for 900 sq ft it was not 25pl. I had guest complaints regarding giving host 100 dollars extra just to enter for 2 ppl. Which was unfair! The bar area was off limits unless you paid for her bartender to serve. Had to cover shampoo bowl that’s located in the front of the rental space. I was very disappointed with this rental.

We truly enjoyed our time in Patreaces venue. She was friendly, communicative, kind, and flexible! The space is beautiful, well kept and nicely decorated. It was the perfect place to host our Halloween party. We would definitely rent again!

Where do I begin?! The host was a SUPER host! She was responsive within minutes of me asking questions, throughout my entire booking process. She even was hands on in helping me set up and made sure I didn’t need anything prior to her leaving. The venue was absolutely AMAZING! The space, set up/break down time allotted, location, amenities (table, chairs, covers, extra room) were all needed and convenient, as well as reasonably priced. I hosted my daughters sweet 16 party here and had about 50 people total and everything was PERFECT! I definitely will book again for my next event.

Patreace was a great host! My event was originally scheduled for September 30th, but when the governor issued a state of emergency due to hurricane Ian, I decided it was best to postpone the event. She was very understanding and let me switch the date to the very next day! She allowed one of my vendors to come in early to set up due to a time conflict. She offered bartending service, hookah, tables, and chairs all at a decent price. Even though I could tell she was extremely busy throughout the day she always responded to my questions even though I had a million. She was extremely professional and did good business.
