About the Space

Upgraded urban rustic vibe, we bring luxury and rustic to life. Giving you lounge vibes with a big Screen tv, hookah, sound system, sitting area, and privacy, all in 977sq ft. We currently added a VIP room (sectional sofa is no longer inside the warehouse and is currently placed in the VIP room), Back and front door access to a parking lot. ALL PARKING IS FREE. Great for music videos, photoshoots, small get togethers, game nights, meetings, and more. Event space is open 7days a week, close at 2am, with discounted price on week days. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.

It was a great experience. My host Patreace was very nice and answered all of our questions. She even let me know about the add ons I didn't need. Everything went well and I was able to see the space twice before our event. Would definitely book again.

This venue was absolutely amazing. The host was very responsive and delivered as she said she would. We threw a surprise 50th birthday party and it really was the perfect spot. The room accommodated our needs plus more !! If you are looking 👀 for a venue to throw a nice part wit a party of 30+ this is your place.. thank you Patreace, it was a pleasure utilizing your space look forward to utilizing it for our next event! Many blessings!!

No, I would not book again.

Peerspace did a poor job explaining add-ins and additional fees. Reserve hookah setup upon arrival guest was asked to pay additional 40 per person. Your entry depends on host arrival time, host gave me a setup time for 7pm. Host arrived at 7:48pm. The building and add on were not readily available upon arrival had to wait for host to get prepared. Chairs were not covered as advertised this was untrue. Host stayed at event the entire night with a friend which was a little awkward especially for hourly rate advertised. My event went over my original request by approximately 10 ppl. Host complained about fire marshal, researched city ordinance in found that for 900 sq ft it was not 25pl. I had guest complaints regarding giving host 100 dollars extra just to enter for 2 ppl. Which was unfair! The bar area was off limits unless you paid for her bartender to serve. Had to cover shampoo bowl that’s located in the front of the rental space. I was very disappointed with this rental.

We truly enjoyed our time in Patreaces venue. She was friendly, communicative, kind, and flexible! The space is beautiful, well kept and nicely decorated. It was the perfect place to host our Halloween party. We would definitely rent again!
