This newly decorated/furnished Marina property is new to Peerspace and is perfect for meetings, photo shoots, filming and other production needs. It's a 2 bedroom 2 bath, fully decorated with a modern and contemporary look. The view from the condo and the patio is amazing, you can see an eagle eye perspective of LA, the beach, and more. With over 1700 square feet, it's very spacious and open for all your needs. Note: the space is available up until June 27th, thank you!

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The host is by far the best i have ever worked with, a very nice person, gentle, very easy to work with. the view of this place is beyond amazing. everything is clean, very organized.
