Charming character home that is filled with light. Large gourmet kitchen with 48” range, island 5’ x 12’. Luxe light filled bathrooms with marble floors. Manicured outdoor space with comfortable seating on decks and patios, Rock walls and patios, pond with small waterfall and stone bench - perfect for photoshoots or small garden parties. Separate building houses a well appointed gym and exercise room. Cleaning fee may be waived depending on length of rental and number of people. What a perfect spot for a party! We hosted a baby shower and the house was exactly right for it. There were lots of comfortable spaces to gather, play a few games and eat. I would rent this space again in a heart beat!

Love love LOVE all the decor in this space. It helped pull our video shoot together and has a perfectly homey feeling to it. The hosts were lovely, flexible, and helpful which helped contribute to a seamless shoot. Will shoot there again if the opportunity arises!

This house and garden are a very comfortable and elegant setting for a company or festive event. We enjoyed our anniversary party very much and compliments to Trudy for being a gracious and welcoming host.

Everything for my daughter's wedding shower was perfect. Trudy and her husband and son were very helpful, helping us carry in boxes of wine a couple of days earlier, putting drinks in the fridge to chill early on the day of the event, and having coolers and ice ready for us. The garden was beautiful and the house was spotless but very homey, lovely art and decor, and comfortable furniture, with lots of different spaces to spread out in. We had an improv comedian and games and rented a microphone so people could sit on the back deck or stand/sit in the garden and hear everything. I didnt know before i found her on Peerspace that the hostess was a professional colleague of mine. But I think from her reviews that Trudy treats all her guests with the same courtesy and kindness she showed to me and my family and friends. I had so many compliments on the beautiful and welcoming venue I had found on Peerspace.

Trudy is a responsive and gracious host, and her family’s home is an excellent venue for intimate parties and events. We hosted our wedding reception for about 25 guests here. There’s ample clustered seating for cozy conversations, both indoors and outdoors, a spacious kitchen and dining room, and a lovely garden complete with a water feature. Our guests kept commenting on the art collection. It was exactly what we wanted for our wedding reception.
