About the Space

House (bottom floor only) - Open concept layout with large kitchen and dining room, walk-in pantry, mud room with laundry, 3 bathrooms downstairs, large family room with nano-wall that opens to the backyard, large wet bar, living room/lounge area, playroom and guest room with built in desk/office area Backyard - Pool with raised spa, sectional with large gas fire pit, 2 lounge chairs, built in BBQ, Large vaulted breezeway (which connects house to garage), large outdoor dining table, outdoor TV, garage with attached pool house/gym

Parking description

Our driveway and garage can fit about 7 vehicles. Unfortunately our street is permitted parking only. If more parking is needed, you can contact Cal State University Long Beach. We live across the street and they have rented parking lots in the past.

Lighting description

All windows have wood shutters that can be opened all the way or shut to block the light. The exception is the 2 sliders on the North side of the house. One slider has 4 panels that opens up the entire living space to the entire outdoor space.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Our neighborhood is very quiet and we hear little to no noise from our neighbors. The only appliance that makes noise is the ice maker in the wet bar. This can be unplugged on request.

Equipment loading description

There are 2 steps at the front entrance. There is a long driveway that gives you plenty of space for cars and equipment. Our house is a raised foundation so there is a small step up in the back as well. We will provide a handicap ramp on request.

Staging area is available

There is a separate playroom/tv room as well as a master bedroom downstairs.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The entire upstairs is off-limit to shoots.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker and electrical panel is on the side of the house and is accessible from the driveway.

Permit required - contact the city of Long Beach Special Events and Filming Department General liability required - we need to be added as additional insured No smoking inside the house Outside catering is allowed Upstairs is off limits No parties No dangerous stunts Pool and spa can be heated upon request (additional fee may be added)

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved with care. We prefer that it is not moved out of the house. Decorations can be moved or removed if put back at the end.

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have outside security cameras with video only. 2 in the backyard, 1 in the driveway and 1 in the front. These can be turned off with request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Our house is very open and furniture is spread out. Large Nano wall opens to the backyard to allow fresh air. Backyard furniture is also spread out

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves
Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

In LOVE with this location, can't wait to book again! Parking was readily available which is hard to find for shoots of my size. This house is even more stunning in person and it helped make my talent feel well taken care of. Plenty of space in the back yard for different teams to set up and eat lunch. 10/10 !

Our team was thrilled when we saw the house! We had the best time there and Kelly and her family are the sweetest bunch. We can’t wait to go back on Wednesday for another shoot! The house is everything you could imagine. They did a great job inside and outside. The renovations they have put into the house is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend using this locations.
