About the Space
This space is flexible in use, it can be used for dance rehearsals, photo shoots, other types of video shoots. The Space: -3 car garage converted into a dance space with Sprung Marley Dance Floors + Black Walls (perfect for dance rehearsals, filming dance videos, controlled photo shoots etc) - 1 side of the entire studio is covered in 7ft tall mirrors - Changeable ceiling lights - LED light strips along perimeter - AC/Heater Available - Yoga Mats Available - Additional Lighting may be available for rent

Security cameras and recording devices
This is a resiential area. There are no cameras in the studio, however there are cameras location around the property.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
General Rule:
Clean Up after yourselves as much as possible. There will be a trash can available, try not to keep food waste in the studio. If you are using the space for a shoot with props/reconfiguring the space for a shoot be sure to take all your stuff with you.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
