Neighborhood Details: Surrounded by relaxing West Lake Houston waterfront, 5 star restaurant listings and shops near. Logistics: Garden venue layout for guests and landscape of pool scenery is accessible for guests. Management will be onsite for assistance. Restroom: Located inside the venue. Kitchen: Accessible at additional charge, please add to booking notes. Tables/ Chairs: Garden chairs and tables are provided for booking, please note how many are needed. Pool Access: Liability contract has to be signed upon booking. Parking: Guest parking will be available onsite near the rear of the venue. Guest Count: Seated (50) Standing (75) Special rates associated with booking the space: MON-THUR: $125/hr FRI/SAT/SUN: $175/hr Hourly: (6hr Minium) Cleaning fee and security deposit will apply All events check out no later than 12am. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
