Floor Care — Our concrete and carpet floors are mopped and vacuumed frequently Proper waste management Weekly seat cleaning — For events with seating, a visitor’s seat for your event is probably where that visitor will be spending the majority of his or her time. Though just a small space, cleanliness on and around all seats creates a distraction-free environment for your visitor, so they can rock out to the band or cheer on their team with peace of mind. Special Areas Clean-up to be discussed upon inquiry

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Our mission is to build stories out to build people up. This is the place where creativity meets social impact from Philadelphia, to the rest of the world. Launched and led by Helm Creative Studio, a woman-owned, award-winning, story-focused creative agency and production house, we’ve created a space for city transformation to take place. Our 27,000 sq. ft. building is a creative haven filled with recording studios, production rooms, customizable stages, green room, cafe, production rooms, meeting rooms, photography and filming areas, and premier lighting for talent or livestream and quality content capture. With two floors and multiple entrances through a loading dock or the street, there is no end to the creative possibilities within our space for both storytelling and positive social impact. With one-of-a-kind artisan pieces and a mural wrapping our building, you’ll find more than one reason to stay and create at The Story Factory. Parking description

There is usually ample street parking right outside our building, and as a corner lot, there are 3 sides of the building with free street parking. We also have pull-in loading docks available for load in/load out.

General Rules

No smoking in the building No weapon of any kind allowed on property No outside alcohol allowed in the building Outside vendors and catering allowed Renters must have a signed and valid rental/licensing agreement, as well as fulfillment of all rental fees Only service dogs are allowed in the building. All other animals are prohibited. Renters/participants must refrain from littering. Please place trash in trash containers Renters must provide a current Certificate of Insurance copy $250.00 Cleaning fee

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras are used in studio spaces where equipment is needed and located.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
