About the Space
Our home features an open floor plan with two distinct living spaces. One living space features a piano and guitar, while the other features a TV room. They are separated by a big fireplace. We have an open kitchen. Lots of natural light. The yard has a beautiful small pool and outdoor entertaining areas.

Lighting description
Lighting is beautiful. We have shades that can be pulled down to filter the light. It is consistently bright without being problematic.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
It is very quiet. We can hear some wild life (peacocks, birds, etc), and occasionally pep-rallies from the nearby high school. Otherwise its very peaceful and quiet. AC does make noise but home is naturally cool and there are several fans.

Front door! There is plenty of room to get in.
Staging area is available
We have an outdoor bathroom that can be used as a dressing room. We also have an outdoor room that can be used for staging as well.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
kids bedrooms and master bedroom are off limits at this time.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Circuit breaker is on the side of the house on the right.

General Rules
No smoking on the premises. The main living area of home is open for photo shoots and video shoots. We also have backdrops available for setting up if need be! No access to bedrooms at this time.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
To provide protection in case of damage or injury.
No moving furniture and decorations
No smoke machines allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras which will be mainly in the exterior. They will only be on to alert for activity but not for recording.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Space will be disinfected daily, and professionally cleaned before and after each booking.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
