About the Space
The Farmhouse is located in the Oakland hills on a half acre with a view, the house is 2600 sq ft and has 4 bedrooms. It has high ceilings, tons of natural light, and lots of room to set up lighting. Its a great space for photoshoots, lots of fee parking and space for crew and staging areas. Their will be someone on site during all photoshoots to help with anything clients might need and we can be available for walkthroughs before or after the shoot. Wifi is available and clients will have access to all rooms in the house as well as the whole yard. Photography equipment is available for rent, please inquire for more info.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Space is exactly as pictured. We used the home for 2 different interview set ups and some great BRoll with kids in the backyard. Jenny is super responsive and let us own the space during our time. Would definitely recommend.
