ABOUT THE SPACE Our space is located in East Williamsburg, NY. We have 1600 sq ft of space to use for your photoshoots, video-shoots, and small intimate events. We are about a 15 minutes from manhattan via the L train. Nearby buses are the B38, B57, and Q54. We are a 7 minute walk from Grand Street or Montrose stop on the L train. 15 mins driving distance from Lower Manhattan. The space is flooded with natural light and two huge windows, wood floor and a 12’ high Ceiling. We've created a multifunctional, stylish space, to greatly fit all your needs! This space was designed with love - please be extremely respectful of the space and leave it as you found it. This is a self-service remote location - the studio manager will be available via text message but is not on-site so please read the rules, directions, and descriptions thoroughly. Freight Elevator Our freight elevator is fully automatic. The inside elevator dimensions are 104” in width and 83” deep. The inner front height is 117” and the inner back height is 142”. The elevator door opens up to 6’ in height x 7’ in width. Please inquire if you have any concerns regarding oversized or irregular-shaped items.
