About the Space
Our 3,600 sq ft. patio easily accommodates birthday parties, musical showcases, dinners, cocktail receptions, baby showers or small weddings. We are located in the east Austin neighborhood close to the airport. Our space features include, an outdoor restroom that includes a small changing area. Also included are complimentary wi-fi and string lighting available over the patio. ' For an additional fee, we offer additional features. A stage, great for a dj set up or a band, available at an hourly rate. As well as, a pool with a small patio area, available at an hourly rate, and an outdoor kitchenette space available upon request. The space is a home built 2010 by the Ramirez family who still lives in the front house attached to the villa. The ranch style home has influenced the rest of the venue, with touches of rustic Texas flare. We are located 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from central Austin.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space was gorgeous at night and we received a lot of compliments. We hosted 100 people for my daughter's 16th birthday and there was plenty of moving space and for dancing. The longer than desired drive was well worth it all.

Such a beautiful space! We threw my sons birthday there and it was very spacious. Claudia is such a sweet host! Will definitely rent again for future events

Pictures don't do this place justice! This was the perfect space for a pool party, it includes a large patio and pool area with seating, tables, shade, kitchenette and a pool bathroom. We fit 35 people comfortably and had a great time. Hope to be back!
