About the Space
Our 3,600 sq ft. patio easily accommodates birthday parties, musical showcases, dinners, cocktail receptions, baby showers or small weddings. We are located in the east Austin neighborhood close to the airport. Our space features include, an outdoor restroom that includes a small changing area. Also included are complimentary wi-fi and string lighting available over the patio. ' For an additional fee, we offer additional features. A stage, great for a dj set up or a band, available at an hourly rate. As well as, a pool with a small patio area, available at an hourly rate, and an outdoor kitchenette space available upon request. The space is a home built 2010 by the Ramirez family who still lives in the front house attached to the villa. The ranch style home has influenced the rest of the venue, with touches of rustic Texas flare. We are located 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from central Austin.
