About the Space
We have a beautiful multi-use space for intimate classes, meetings, and filming! We are in the middle of renovation for our 99-seat theater and soundstage, but we currently have our lobby and reception area available, as well as a conference room, a kitchenette, two classrooms, library, and small student lounge area.

Parking description
There is 2-hour metered parking around the building that is free after 6pm (PLEASE LOOK AT SIGNS FOR MORE INFO) and several public paid parking lots within easy walking-distance.

Lighting description
We have natural lighting all around the Lobby areas, as well as the courtyard. However, the classrooms, conference room, and sound stage does not have natural light.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The Lobby is glass and there is normal traffic noise along the busy boulevard we are located on. The only areas that can be sound-controlled are the classrooms and sound stage.

Productions can load equipment from our patio in the back alley.
Staging area is available
You can use the Lobby and Courtyard, but we will have to charge for these spaces.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

We need the standard $1 million aggregate production/event insurance required of all productions.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras on all main areas of the building, on all entrances and in all rooms (not in the bathrooms, of course!). They are always on and could be turned off for filming and productions.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We disinfect and wipe down all common areas and surfaces in between rentals.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
