Great place for: Yoga Qi Gong Meditation Workshops Meetings Party Reunions Small weddings Roof top deck great for exercise, groups, music, meditation and more. Can accommodate 12 persons. Dinners Cooking ample space to create a group meal, cater, or bring in a chef! Both kitchens serve groups comfortably. Spiritual Gatherings Garden is great for setting up for eating, meetings and parties. This property lends well to creativity and wellbeing.

Parking description
There is parking for 6 in front of main house and there is private parking on the east side of property for 3 cars accessed by an easement with possible use of adjacent parking lot if needed.
General Rules
No groups larger than 20. Can make exceptions depending on booking.
No loud noise after 11 pm city ordinance.
All ages are allowed in the space

There is two outdoor cameras on parking for main house and guesthouse.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I used a hospital grade sanitation spray on all porous materials between bookings with additional covid sanitation practices.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
