About the Space
Three bedroom Spanish style lake house with water view is great for lifestyle photo shoots, small church services, retreats, family gatherings or filming. The house is stucco with a red tile rooftop and an arched iron and glass front door. A bank of windows facing the lake brings in tons of natural light. Open area backyard and spacious floor plan makes for a wonderful space to entertain. Minimalist museum like interior design with natural materials such as stone, wood, tile and white walls. Color palette found in this modern and contemporary space is muted with neutrals and small pops of color found in artwork.

This is the first time I've used Peerspace. Never heard of it before until this booking. We have a group of 40+ church members from California travel to Rockwall, Texas to attend our pastor son's wedding on a Saturday. That event was wonderful but come Sunday, we needed a place to have our worship service and we looked, called and considered other places (parks, et al) until at the last minute we came across ONE (1) new listing in Rockwall, Texas. It is a divine provision because this house is perfect and the hostess (Tristen) is such a pleasant person to work with. In such short notice we were able to rent the place for 3 hours (perfect length of time) at a very good price! The house was clean, spotless, air-conditioned! (it was 90+ degrees outside if we had our service in the park!). WiFi was super fast, unlike at the hotel we're staying. I would highly recommend this house and Tristen! I'd stay in this house if I ever go back to Rockwall, Texas instead of our hotel. -Rene Viray
