About the Space

Wonderfully Intimate Space suitable for many purposes. This Space is an Upstairs Loft Type. A lounge Vibe. 450 Sqft with private restroom. Beautifully Decorated in a afro centric earthy colored palatte. Great natural Light as well as beautiful Light Fixtures and Dancing Party Lights For as much or little light necessary. There are so many ways to use this space. The high ceilings also allow for easy draping set up and looks elegant when properly decorated. The floors are abstract painted to look marbelized which lends to the sophisticated ambience. There is a L shaped multipurpose area that is commonly used to place food warmers and food/refreshments or ice sculptures and extravagant Dessert Layouts. Some activities that work well in the space are: Gender Reveals, Bachelorette or Bachelors Party, Comedy Shows, Art Shows, Meetings, Sip and Paint, Intimate acoustic band or vocal performances. You may also host a birthday party or other celebration.

Yes, I would book again.

Charese arrived early and showed me around the place, noting included amenities and supplies. She checked in a bit before the end of the booking to see how everything was, which was nice (and kept me abreast of the time!). Security arrived near the end and assisted with bringing things downstairs. He also waited with someone that left an item inside until the place could be unlocked. The place is clean, the outdoor area is spacious and the parking lot is expansive for the size of the place! Overall just right for just family and friends hanging out for no reason but to see one another!

Yes, I would book again.

Charese did an amazing job on the decorations for our gender reveal. The event space was amazing. I believe she went over and beyond for us and she made my special day even more special. Me and my family will book in the future as well. Plus not having to clean up after was amazing.

This space is perfect and so is Charese! We used this space for my Mom’s Retirement Party, and it was exactly as pictured. It’s so beautiful, when we arrived by family thought we had decorated lol. The area for food was perfect and there’s also a spacious bathroom near the entrance, with a nice outdoor patio for smokers. The hostess was vigilant and able to meet all our needs The only con would be the somewhat steep stairs -you will need to help elders up them. Other than that no complaints, 5 stars all the way!

Yes, I would book again.

I loved the space, it was just enough room. Charese is an excellent host, she even decorated a little. This was one of the easiest events I've thrown. I would definitely recommend!!

The space worked fine for my family event. The host was very thoughtful and accommodating. All of our guests enjoyed the event, and we are looking forward to doing it again.

Had my son's 9th birthday party here and we had a good time! The space was small and intimate but overall a wonderful space to make it what you want it to be. The host and her help was always there and attentive for any and all my needs. Definitely will/would recommend for you to book your next gathering with them! Much love!!
