Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Podcast, Photo shoots, video shoots OUR STUDIO INCLUDES STANDARD 3 POINT LIGHTING EQUIPMENT, REFLECTORS, BLUETOOTH SPEAKER, A CLOTHING RACK, CHANGING STATION, TRIPOD. STROBE LIGHTING IS AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $15. PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT TO REQUEST THESE. OUR GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED TWO BACKDROP SELECTIONS FOR THEIR BOOKING. ANY ADDITIONAL BACKDROP REQUEST WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $10 PER BACKDROP. Podcast setup is table 2 chairs, 3 cameras, with boom mic or Blue yeti microphone with tv display.

General Rules
-There is no smoking allowed in the studio
-All children should be accompanied by an adult at all times
-Fireworks of ALL kinds are prohibited
-illegal drug use is prohibited. Studio reserves the right to terminate rental if any illegal activity is suspected
- Studio has the right to monitor activity in studio
-Sexual activity is prohibited
-Please use caution when bringing food or drinks into studio. Please dispose of trash properly
-Speakers are available to connect with Bluetooth. Music must be kept at a respectful volume and should not be heard on the outside of studio.
- Studio does not sell alcohol. Underage drinking is prohibited
-We are not responsible for property loss
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
outside is covered with security cameras from the main office.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
