Just over a mile from downtown Shawnee, our event space is the perfect location for your next corporate meeting, creative brainstorm session, corporate party, half-day or full-day retreat, small recording studio, baby shower, and so much more! With lots of natural lighting from the head-to-floor windows, to the 65" LG smart TV, to the handful of seating arrangements, and the sliding glass dry-wall, it's a simple and sleek space to engage your team, friends, and/or family!

Loved the space and the owners and what was on their book shelves. My only suggestion would be to list insurance is a must on the fees with a range in price for example. fees are as listed, however you are required to have insurance which can range between $50-$100 per event. In some cases your home owner will cover at the $50 range if no alcohol is served.

We had a very pleasant experience. Received video and code to get into building in a timely manner and they were very easy to understand. The space was clean and environmentally ready for use. The chairs and tables were clean and extra tables available. Lots of space and very cozy feel. Perfect for our Direct Sales experience. Only issue was we could not find the extra trash bags to put back into the cans. No rags for cleaning off tables either. No sink, but bathroom sink and if there were paper towels or napkins we didn't find them either. Was glad we had brought our own. Didn't have a mop or broom that we could find, but the vacuum worked great.

The space was perfect for our family Christmas party. There was plenty of room for our group of 19 to be quite comfortable. And the price was reasonable. There was a variety of seating options that we could rearrange to suit our needs. We used the tv to play Christmas music and used the tables for games. Morgan responded quickly and the booking process was easy. Only negative was that the dumpster was locked so we sent 4 bags of trash home with one of our granddaughters (lots of wrapping paper!) Appreciated having a vacuum available. Would definitely recommend.
