Welcome to our Industrial Chic with Urban Twist Home. The space is centrally located near Harbor East, Hamden, Fells Point, Canton, Downtown Baltimore and the Maryland Zoo. Our beautiful space is ideal for small gathering, small production, poetry reading, art exhibit, co working space, photoshoot, pop up, launch party, book signing, off site business meeting, catered date night, and book club meeting. The space consist of the entire main level which has the open concept and recessed lighting throughout. Beautiful entry with original brick wall and welcoming living room with large flat screen smart tv and built in fireplace. The dining room consists of a glass industrial dining table that can be raised for cocktails or lowered for a sit down dinner. Off the dining room is a large decorated deck for the ultimate lounge area. There is also an area off the kitchen/deck that could be used for storage/set up. Picture perfect front porch and chef's kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Beautiful cherrywood hardwood floors throughout with access to 1/2 bathroom. Licensed Caterer and Bartender available upon request for additional fee. Event lighting and large heaters for deck and 8 qt chafing dishes (if not using caterer) can also be rented separately if interested. Please be sure to include your set up and breakdown/clean up in your booking to avoid overtime fees.
