About the Space
22ft ceilings, with south facing windows allowing for wonderful light throughout the day. Exposed brick walls, floor to ceiling windows and modern concrete floors. The space opens to a beautiful patio with ample seating and alley access for very easy loading and unloading of any equipment or gear. The outdoor area can also feature a 32 inch television with Bluetooth speakers if desired and weather permitting. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and a very large loft that opens to the main living area. Modern kitchen with a very large kitchen island that can easily function as a meeting space. This is a versatile space that can provide for unique photo shoots, or a great space for a relaxing, but productive executive meeting.
