COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We sanitize and clean the space before and after every booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our space is filled with a very spacious room (1500 square ft) it can be occupied for parties, events, meetings or anything that comes to mind. We offer a balcony overviewing the beautiful city of Dallas, a fully equipped kitchen, an open bar, an extra small room with lockers and a private office. OPEN TUESDAYS AND SATURDAYS ALL DAY ONLY.

Security cameras and recording devices
The building has cameras in all the entrances and hallways as well as in our space to provide security.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
