About the Space
This New Multicolored set is perfect for photoshoots, music videos & content creation. The Blue wall features a customizable Neon Arch, The Pink Barbie room has many cute props, and the yellow music wall is uniquely quirky. This room is one of many individually themed rooms at The Gas Station Film Studios.

-NO SMOKING INSIDE THE BUILDING
- NO ADULT CONTENT/ NUDITY
-NO FIREARMS OR WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED (we have weapon prop packages available)
-RESPECT AND OBEY ROOM CAPACITY LIMITS
-NO GOING OVER TIME
(your time starts and ends during your actual booking time. Please plan your set up and breakdown during that time slot. It is a huge inconvenience to our other clients to have their booking pushed back because you went over time.) YOU WILL BE CHARGED PER MINUTE IF YOU GO OVER TIME.
-NO DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR (If you are excessively disruptive, you will be immediately escorted off the premises and you will not receive a refund or a credit for your lost time. No exceptions)
-NO THEFT OR DAMAGE
(Your form of payment will be automatically charged for any theft, loss or damage to any and all equipment, props, furniture, lighting, floors, walls, doors, cameras, etc.)

Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras that record video and audio 24/7 in every space except the changing area and the restrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
OUR FACILITIES ARE REGULARLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
