Continue walking in this open floor plan space into the galley style kitchen fully stocked with flatware, cooking pots and utensils, and even a juicer for healthy food demos. The eating nook is perfectly placed and has eating accommodations for 4 people. Down the hall are 3 Fully furnished Bedrooms, each with Queen sized beds and closet space. Simple but elegant flexible design. The Full Bathroom has a classic pedestal tub w/shower combo This house is in an older neighborhood that is currently being revitalized. Perfectly centered between downtown Augusta, Aiken SC, and the famous Master’s National Golf Course. Close to Augusta University Medical Center hospitals. Birthplace of James Brown, Augusta is known for it’s music and art festivals that happen year round, and it’s annual Master’s Golf Tournament in April and many other major golf tournaments that happen throughout the year. Whether you are filming a big project or a simple small short term project, this home has the perfect traditional home feeling. Whether you need to utilize the entire home or a particular space like the kitchen, dining room, bathroom or bedroom, this home could be the perfect space. The kitchen if fully stocked: perfect for filming cooking demos, health commercials, and cooking scenes. So there are plenty of nearby amenities to augment your production if needed.

HOURLY RATE The posted price per hour is for a crew of 25 people max including crew & talent. Larger productions are welcome, we just need to discuss details regarding size and pricing. FILMING,PHOTO SHOOTS&PRODUCTION Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make yout project a success! If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos, or advertising campaigns, please contact us through the message to discuss details, pricing and availability. Please include the following: *Total number of crew & talent *Desired date(s) *Exact hours you will need lie.7am-7pm) induding load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down *Equipment & lighting specs HOLDS Dates are available on a first book/first serve basis and will not be held without deposit or reservation. SCOUTING We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts prov ded the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We will only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to avallability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests ‘reservations/productions. OVERTIME All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate per Peerspace's policy. NOISE We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. CLEANING & DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and y should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on ou walls.Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc)will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated Thank you respecting our rules, and we look forward to hosting your next project.
