About the Space

We are located in the trendy neighborhood of Queen Street West. Plenty of shops, patios, bars, clubs and restaurants to choose from. The space includes a large control room and spacious booth with high loft style ceilings and cathedral windows that overlook Queen St W. There is also a large back patio for your use. Take advantage of the industry's top of the line hardware such as: - Neuman U87 Microphone - Avalon 737sp - UAD Apollo Quad - Presonus Monitor Station V2 - Yamaha HS8 Powered Monitors x 5 - Yamaha HS8S Subwoofer - M-Audio Oxygen 49 Midi Controller - And More!!! The equipment is plug and play so enjoy! Ideal for recording vocals and instruments. Can also be used for podcasts, audio books, voiceovers and more. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
