COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

We are located in the trendy neighborhood of Queen Street West. Plenty of shops, patios, bars, clubs and restaurants to choose from. The space includes a large control room and spacious booth with high loft style ceilings and cathedral windows that overlook Queen St W. There is also a large back patio for your use. Yes, I would book again.

Celebrated my birthday here with 18 of my friends and family. Jesse is a really nice guy, he was very helpful throughout the event. would definitely book again.

Yes, I would book again.

Jesse's recording studio, from the layout to the sound system are top of the line. I wanted to host an intimate gathering for my birthday and he was extremely receptive and hospitable. I invited 10 guests and we all took turns freestyling over the mic. The studio is spacious and provided plenty of ventilation. The outdoor deck definitely put the icing on the cake, making it a memorable night. The location makes it very practical for grabbing a bite from the many food establishments along Queen West. I will definitely recommend Jesse's recording studio for anyone who is looking to record music, podcasts or simply wants to have a night out with some friends and freestyle!
