The perfect event space for corporate meetings, retreats, and business workshops and celebrates in Indianapolis. Affordable and Beautiful, this multi-room event venue is in a gorgeous 1903 Mini-Mansion- completely remodeled where industrial meets history plus an artistic flare of modernism. 💜Just a tad north of downtown Indianapolis out of the heavy traffic but easily accessible, this is a fantastic place for team meetings, corporate retreats, workshops, and business events for groups up to 80 (60 with tables, 80 for audience style seating). 💜This booking is for our entire first floor mansion + VIP Training Center , which includes a bonus space outdoor terrace. When you enter the building, you'll find a large open space with a stunning marble epoxy floor. We have several floor set up plans to choose from depending on what you want to accomplish during your event. 💜In our Training Center, you have full use of our east wall of whiteboards or cover them up with a full white curtain for a more formal look. In the room, There is also a food serving island, refrigerator, and freezer. You have access to our first floor rooms- which are perfect for breakout sessions, a happy hour, and also for a separate food serving option in our cafe. 💜We offer packages from basic to premium. There is a fireplace and mantle in This bright and cheery room. •The VIP Conference Room has room for 10 with our epoxy river table as the centerpiece. •The Circles Room is a favorite- great for cozy conversation and breakout space for 8-10 •Our Cafe is right next to the Community room and is a great place to set up food and buffets. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The VIP Center was perfect for our parents anniversary celebration. The venue did a great job ensuring that everything was set up prior to our arrival and the event just helped us so much getting ready for the event. Our guests all enjoyed themselves and we had a great time. I recommend this event space for your gatherings and celebrations. We had about 75 ppl attend which was perfect.
