Downtown Palo Alto Event Space in a French Cafe

The cafe space is inspired by French architecture with high ceilings, mirrors, and gold accents. The walls are adorned by crown moldings and custom venetian plaster to add a touch of class. For events under 10 guests: We will reserve our private room that accommodates up to 10 people, seated around a round table and chairs/bench. This setting works great for a small group meeting, cozy team lunch, or celebrating a special occasion in an intimate setting. The salon has SONOS speakers available for guest use to play any music or audio of their choice from their phones. For group sizes between 11-30: We will reserve our semi-private space which is separated by an elegant partition wall from the main cafe. This option works well for a larger group meeting, a large team lunch, or celebrating a special occasion with close group of friends and families. The seating includes 3 banquettes that can seat 8-10 each, as well as additional tables that can be organized in any desired configuration. A food and beverage minimum applies for this option. For group sizes between 31-60: We would rent out the entire venue (45 inside and 15 patio). This option works well for a mixer or cocktail party, or celebrating a special occasion with a larger group of friends and families. Our beverage bar (non-alcoholic) and dessert counter can be made available as an add-on for guests to purchase drinks and desserts. A food and beverage minimum applies for this option. The space has ceiling speakers that the guest are able to connect to their phones to play any music or audio for their event. This option has a 3 hour minimum. Guests can choose to order drinks (coffees, lemonades), food (soups, salads, sandwiches, appetizers), and/or desserts as add-on(s) to their reservation. (1 server is required for every 15 guests, and is charged as an hourly add-on.) Taxes and fee on food service apply. An overall set-up fee shall apply for beverage/dessert/appetizer bar set-up when included in full venue buyout.
