Auto Themed Event Space with Luxurious Lounges and Photo/Video Booth

You can host parties, work events, photo shoots video shoots in the 7000 square-foot Auto thing Event Space with a PODCAST booth in a custom container. 3 lounges with lots of parking. The building can be separated into three different rentable areas or you can rent the whole space. The front lounge is furnished with coffee snacks sectional couch 82 inch TV and custom paint. The bay area is 5000 ft.² of area that includes a lounge area with a TV and retro themed accessories with two couches and a chair and table. The rest of the bay has two car lifts and cars that can be moved depending on the rental The bay also includes a 500 square-foot white wall and floor area for photos and videos. It can fit three cars and it’s under a very cool LED light fixture. The rear VIP speakeasy lounge is hidden behind a Coke vending machine door with a small quiet area then the door with the key lock goes to a hidden 800 square-foot bar. The space is dark with soft white lights, with plenary of seating space with modern and retro couches. Also includes a custom vintage 360 couch in the middle of the room. Fully stocked bar for pick or you can get a temporary liquor license for your event. Outdoor deck area for smoking with fire pit and seating.
