Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Professionally cleaned between each guest. We follow Airbnb strict COVID-19 measures for all cleans.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The perfect space for your team offsite meeting indoor and outdoor space great for brainstorming, quarterly’s, teambuilding and such. Comfortable living space and backyard oasis with outdoor seat and fire pit. To help you feel comfy, professional and a productive work retreat. Living room features an 85 inch smart TV. Easy to connect from any Apple device. A workstation with adjustable height desk and wireless phone charging station. Kitchen includes tea kettle, Keurig K cup coffee pods, tea, creamer, sugar. A full-size refrigerator and freezer along with dishes cups and coffee cups. An additional desk workstation in the master bedroom. Fast Wi-Fi speeds. Plenty of seating indoor dining table with benches and chairs and barstools at the island. Only 10 minutes to Midtown 15 minutes to Sacramento Airport. Dog friendly for well behaved adult dogs, please clear with me before hand.

General Rules

No smoking or vaping. Please clean up by doing dishes and consolidating trash into one place. Rental start and end times are inclusive of set up and clean up Professional events only. Not available for parties. Cleaning fee or charge may be applied.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring front door bell camera. Security camera on side yard facing out towards front yard and a security camera located inside garage facing out front for security. There is a noise level monitor system noise aware to keep sound down for the neighbors it is not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over set decibels and quiet hours.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
