About the Space
Activities can be from a simple gathering to filming an Italian family wine country scene or a party. The uniqueness of our backyard is its feel of being on a vacation at a Tuscan villa. Amenities include a rustic fire pit, out door kitchen, red mission tile patio covered living space and a uniquely placed studio that can be used as staging that includes a bathroom.

This venue is an outdoor backyard. General cleaning with cleaning products are used on surfaces which are frequently touched.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
