- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Jeremy's studio had everything we needed for our shoot - reliable internet, north facing natural light windows, a few bonuses for playing music, keeping drinks cold and comfortable furniture and ample desk space. We were filming a video tutorial and the street noise was barely audible except for the occasional fire truck or motorcycle.

Couldn't have had a better experience at a studio than this. Jeremy was super helpful during our arrival and the space literally had everything we needed. Very spacious and lots of equipment to work with. Definitely coming back here again.
