This space is one acre of private open land centrally located but out of the city limits. Set up a simple wedding, a bon fire, themed event of your choice, or anything else you imagine. There is one greenhouse 12 x 21 ft in size and one porta potty on the property. Mostly grass. Plenty of space for setting up large items like a big event tent, inflatables, or food trucks. Bulk pricing: 1/2 day (4PM-11PM) $500 Full day (8AM-11PM) $1000 1/2 weekend (Friday 4PM - Saturday 11PM) $1,500 Full weekend (Friday 4PM-Sunday 11PM) $2,500

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
