About the Space
Our spacious 1 level 1800sq ft. family home has beautiful natural light, a large fully-equipped granite kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms, 3 separate sitting areas, fireplace and driveway parking. Our backyard has a beautiful pool, hot tub and a fully equipped grill. Our home is very comfortable & relaxing! Located in a suburban area of North Las Vegas, a very quiet, safe family neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Not a party spot in any way.

General Rules
NO LOUD MUSIC-
This is a quiet community, please no loud music. Also, parties are not allowed, sorry! a $250 fine will be applied per incident. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS-
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house. If you choose to add a guest and/or visitor to your reservation, you must get approval from the host and make the changes with host prior to the arrival of new guest/visitor. Maximum amount of guests is 6. If this rule is violated a $250 fine will be applied plus $30 per visitor/guest. Violation of this rule is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUGS-
Smoking or the use or possession of drugs in or around the property is not allowed (this includes marijuana). If this rule is violated a $250 fine will be applied per incident and an additional $199 cleaning fee will be applied. If the odor cannot be removed before the next guest checks in you will also be charged an additional day(s) until the odor is gone.
PETS: If you would like to add a pet to your reservation the host must approve it prior to booking and a nightly rate of $25 will be applied. If a guest doesn't get prior authorization for a pet a $250 per pet + plus the $25 nightly fee will be applied. If a service animal is added to the reservation, documention must be submitted.

Ring Doorbell, 1 camera above garage, 1 camera in the backyard facing pool. Frontpoint home alarm system, which will be recording for your safety. Minut noise monitoring system located in livingroom.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Professional Cleaned, Sanatized with Electrostatic Machine, Purifier attached to HVAC system.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
