Mid-Century Modern Oasis (spacious + pool) in Dallas

PARKING: - 2 cars in driveway - 2 cars in front of my house on NorthLake - 2 cars on the side of my house on Aqua. **only on MY side of the street. Do NOT park infront of my neighbors. Below are some parking options if you plan to have more than 6 cars. I kindly ask you to talk with your guests prior to the event to avoid extra charges. Waterview or Peavy Shopping Center 718 N Buckner Blvd Church/School Parking lot 9720 Waterview Rd VIBE: This environment is more appropriate for low key, intimate gatherings (sadly I can't be a substitute for a night out at a club). My goal is to provide you the best experience ever AND respect my neighbors. No DJ's or large speakers are allowed. I have a Bluetooth Bose speaker outside that is plenty loud. Thank you!! I will be on-site for most events unless agreed ahead of time by guest/host. I will enforce parking rules (see above). I will mostly stay in the master bedroom/office and am onsite in case you need help with pool, wifi, tv's etc. OVERTIME The space must be vacated by the end time of your booking reservation (all items & people). Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Trash cans are located behind the garage in the Ally. Please take great care of our space. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Take photos so that you can put things back exactly the way you found it. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used.
