About the Space
Take advantage of the bright industrial white wall on the north side of the building with even lighting most of the day. Inside, we offer west-facing windows for natural light on one of our white walls and our portrait plant wall. The black gallery wall portion of the studio has a sliver of dramatic natural light. Upon request I can provide 2 soft box lights and one Vflat. Please be prepared to bring your own lighting, backdrops and props. For $40 an hour, we are providing a bright an inexpensive space to create your vision. The building is private, safe, and has good parking. There is a private bathroom. But please keep in mind, this is just a space, we are not event coordinators, nor provide decor, extra toiletries, props, etc. (yes I have to write all of this out now due to past issues). For events, we provide 2, brand new banquet tables and 20 folding chairs at no cost. If tape is used on the wall and the paint is ripped off the wall, or candle wax is spilled on the floor or any type of paint, there will be a charge (yes this is happening constantly). Other than that, as the reviews show, it is a perfect space for photo shoot an event for those who are considerate.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Very affordable and conveniently located space. The host, Janice, responded to all of my questions quickly. There was no V-flat. I don't know if you have to request that in advance, but they did have the table and chairs I asked about. I would love to see the white block wall finished out with drywall, to provide a better background and make use of the window light. The white wall faces away from the window, so it doesn't receive any of the amazing sunlight up front. Overall, a great little space!

The space was beautiful, perfect, affordable, bathroom was clean, offer chairs and tables and the host was fabulous to communicate with. I would definitely rent this spot again in a heart beat.
