Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Our facility is in a Class "A" building and is COVID-19 protected with continual cleaning during the day, high quality air filtration system, strong hygiene operating policies, and safe physical distancing.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

The space has informational signage including:

About the Space

This listing is for private access to our executive boardroom which can seat up to 10 people. It comes equipped with a TV for presentations and is located inside a secure building. General Rules

Professional business conduct. Respectful behaviour to staff and other clients. No pets allowed. No smoking in the facility. No cell phone use in shared spaces. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGE: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Security cameras and recording devices

Security is important to us. There is a video recording on all entry and exit doors and clear signage that surveillance cameras are present.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
