About the Space

Stage 1 (2,500 sq ft) offers a white, corner cyclorama (26'W x 25'L x 16’H) with full kitchenette, fully furnished lounge area, hair & makeup station, wardrobe room, and two restrooms. Each studio space comes with a complimentary steamer, wardrobe rolling rack, 200amps Power panel for lighting, high speed WiFi (50+ Devices), surround sound system, heating and AC, and a full body mirror. You will also have access to our large catalog of on-site photography and video production gear at the rear of the property to help facilitate your creative vision.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
