About the Space
Styled with contemporary furniture that includes a pool table and a poker table. stylish colorful rugs. The walls are painted in bright vibrant colors. The space is about 1100 sq ft if you include the bedroom. It is great for a music video shoot, movie scenes, photo shoots, and selfie studio type of thing.

a little street noise sometimes no appliance noises slight noise if AC is on but nothing bad at all, just regular AC running sound

a ramp may be needed. the elevator can hold equipment it is like a small freight elevator. you can unload in front but would have to move the vehicle into the parking lot

General Rules
NO parties, No gatherings, No loud music, and No smoking Cigarettes. That is pretty much it as far as what you cant do. We can talk about any type of special arrangements if they are needed.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Have a 2 person crew come in and clean between each booking to insure cleanliness and to sanitize everything
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
