Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The home is professional cleaned after every reservation.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Excellent layout for entertainment both inside & out! Just outside of Aliante this Corner lot Single story hosts a Kitchen/Family room concept with pool views. 3 excellent sized bedrooms, remodeled master bath & oversized closet! Laundry room. 2 car garage w/auto door. Also has a fold out couch that turns into a bed. Lets not forget the beautiful game room with a pool table, foosball & bar. Outside you have everything you need with a heated pool and hot tub.

General Rules
NO LOUD MUSIC
This is a quiet community, please no loud music. Also parties are not allowed, sorry! A $250.00 Fine will be applied per incident.
Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds
will be forfeited for the entire stay.
NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the house. If you choose to add a guest and/or visitor to your reservation, you must get approval from the host and make the changes with airbnb prior to the arrival of new guest/visitor. Maximum amount of guests is 5. If this rule is violated a $250.00 fine will be applied plus $25.00 per visitor/guest. Violation of this rule is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited for the entire stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUGS
Smoking or the use or possession of drugs in or around the property is not allowed (this includes marijuana per airbnb policy). If this rule is violated a $250.00 fine will be applied per incident and an additional $199.00 cleaning fee will be applied. If the odor cannot be removed before the next guest checks in you will also be charged an additional day(s) until the odor is gone.
If you would like to add a pet to your reservation and the host must approve it prior to booking and a nightly rate of $25.00 will be applied. If a guest doesn't get prior authorization for a pet a $250.00 per pet plus the $25.00 nightly fee will be applied.
PARKING
3 Vehicle Maximum. 2 cars on the driveway. 1 car can be parked on the street. (free parking)
LONG TERM DISCOUNT
A 20% discount will be added to any guest for 30 days+. This discount cannot be applied to add on changes, only the base nightly rate.
