Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We use a cleaning service that specializes in preparing the space under COVID guidelines. They are provided with a handbook to ensure the guidelines are followed thoroughly and individually. All guests are required to maintain the protocol provided in COVID 19 guidelines as well to ensure the space is safe for others to use as well.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A Sunset Park loft situated a block away from Industry City. The space boasts an opened 2,000 sq. ft. layout with 15' foot ceilings . Originally used for textile and creative manufacturing, the space has recently been renovated with thoughtful modern amenities. Currently used for artists in residense, music ensembles, and workshops. Freight elevator access directly into the space as well as a lobby entrance (currently undergoing renovations). A true Brooklyn loft suited for any occasion. A full renovation has just been completed to outfit a brand new kitchen, bathroom, wood burning stove, and master bedroom. The kitchen has all the necessities needed for entertaining, grilling, baking, and roasting. Outdoor extension has a Weber Summit grill for BBQs and rotisserie. There are two bathrooms towards the back of the kitchen, the full bathroom has floor to ceiling marble with modern fixtures, heated mirror and a full vanity. The separate half bathroom has a small vanity and bidet toilet. Living space is welcomed by a wood burning stove, solid oak table, leather couches opening up to an oversized sun drenched window. The open space between the kitchen / living space has a projector setup for presentations and photoshoots. A master bedroom separates the entire space with a king size canopy bed and two make up vanities. An overhead smart TV has a motorized mount to adjust tilt with a remote. The walk in closet has additional bed sheets, towels, and hangers. The mezzanine room currently is an extension to the living space but will be eventually converted into a media room.

Parking description

Plenty of municipal parking underneath the Gowanus as well as commercial parking in front of the building. Garage access to load equipment through elevator at anytime upon request.

General Rules

- No loud parties including DJ based events is allowed. Corporate engagement parties and birthday parties are accepted as long as the noise does not extend past 10 PM. - Please kindly remove shoes when entering the space, the floors are concrete so feel free to bring your own interior shoes (especially during rainy or snowy days) - No smoking inside the building, you're permitted to smoke outside on the balcony.

Front door ring camera as well as the front of the building has a ring camera.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
