About the Space

Studio 3 (2,200 sq ft) offers a white, corner cyclorama (33'W x 29’L x 16’H) with full kitchenette, fully furnished lounge area, hair & makeup station, wardrobe room, and two restrooms. The studio space comes with a complimentary steamer, wardrobe rolling rack, 200amps power panel for lighting, high speed WiFi (40+ Devices), surround sound system, heating and AC, and full body mirror. You will also have access to our large catalog of on-site photography and video production gear at the rear of the property to help facilitate your creative vision.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

What a great location, exactly what I needed. Shooting a small talking-head video and had ample space for setting up the shot and gear and for the client to chill. Load-in was tremendously easy as you are able to park feet away from the doors to studio. Rented equipment was prepped and delivered before we arrived and exceeded my expectations. Note for video - the space is not intended to be soundproof and we did re-take lines a handful of times due to air traffic or excessively loud vehicles, but this was not an issue 95% of the time and we knew this going in. Would book again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone!
