About the Space

The Studio at Lolly Loft is a beautiful and bright space perfect for numerous events such as photoshoots, video-shoots, rehearsals, auditions, intimate events, and much more. The studio has big windows that bring in lots of natural light, these windows can be blacked out on request, for control lightning.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

I recently did a fashion shoot at this lovely studio and it was a great experience! It's very conveniently located near Central station and super affordable. They had all the equipment and amenities we needed to make the shoot a success. Catherine was an incredibly helpful host and made sure everything was set up properly, so the shoot went smoothly. Overall, Lolly Loft studio is fantastic value for the price and the service is top-notch. I'll definitely be booking them again in the future!

I had a really nice experience at Lolly Loft Studios. Catherine is very welcoming and friendly which allowed us to feel comfortable in the space. The studio itself is beautiful and had such a calm energy to it, perfect for what I was looking for. Overall I loved it and would definitely book again.

No, I would not book again.

Was reluctant to leave a review based on my overall experience of the hire. Listing online stated wifi was available at the studio, but when checked with the owner a couple of days prior to our hire this wasn’t the case. Also contact with the studio owner on the day was quite frankly really disappointing. I was advised the studio didn’t open until 9am and that someone would be outside to let us in. No one met me at 9am and it was not until 9.20am that the owner responded to texts and calls and let me in. I lost a decent amount of time with my photographer which has left me out of pocket. The studio itself was perfect for what we were after but it was a very stressful morning obtaining access. Based on the experience I wouldn’t be hiring this studio again.
