About the Space
Exciting update, we’re now a PowerHost for PeerSpace. This home is an excellent location for movie shoots, commercials, outdoor settings or productions requiring outstanding views. This nearly 1 acre lot offers many amenities and plenty of space for production equipment and related gear. The property also features a swimming pool, fire pit, outdoor cooking, grilling, eating and sitting spaces. There is also a fire pit for group gathering shots. Furthermore there is a heated and lit pool. Finally, there are 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms a living room and a modern kitchen. After dark offers even more stupendous views and city lights. A must see location.

Today I hosted a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law. This property is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing. And the owner was more than accommodating and professional. He went out of his way to make sure that our event was successful. As the weather changed, and we were subjected to making some major changes of ordering a tent, he made himself available to discuss our changes, offered suggestions, and provided the measurements that we needed to obtain a tent. The day of the event, he was 100% available. Whatever we needed, he made it happen. I could not say more better things about this rental. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing space with a beautiful view. Thank you Jitin A for making my son and daughter-in-law’s shower a memorable event.

This home is so beautiful in the daylight and even spectacular at night. The host and his wife are so amazing! They were out there helping us set up for our event. They are attentive and accommodated last minute request. We celebrated my granddaughter 1st birthday party there. Pictures are not enough to share the amazing time we had with family and friends. Jitin was an amazing host. We booked his beautiful home to host our mother's memorial service and he was super responsive and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The space is exactly as advertised and as pictured. The grounds were super well kept and the views were breathtaking. Jitin was very flexible and made the experience as easy as possible.
