The space offered is a large parking lot which is often used for art markets, film shoots, block parties, corporate gatherings, and other events. It is contiguous with a block of 10th Street that is immediately adjacent to the Marriott convention center so works well in conjunction with an event or stay there. Great for outdoor events if you don't want to deal with the city for permitting a street closure, though many events also close down that block of 10th street to allow for an open pedestrian area.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
