About the Space
This is our huge event space that is a blank canvas- perfect for your next event. It can comfortably fit 700 people standing and 300 people seated. You are welcome to bring your own food & beverages. Events that have more than 50+ people will require event insurance for the day of. The space offered is a large parking lot which is often used for art markets, film shoots, block parties, and other events. It is contiguous with a block of 10th Street that abuts the Marriott convention center so works well in conjunction with an event or stay there. Most events also close down that block of 10th street to allow for an open pedestrian area. With endless options, you can create your vision here.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
