COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The loft is cleaned between each booking Major touch areas (counters, door knobs, bathrooms, etc) are cleaned and disinfected after each booking! Porous items like pillows and blankets are washed, and couches, chairs, etc are steam cleaned multiple times a week

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

-Over 2000 sqft -2 stories with open air loft area -Exposed brick and beams -Sliding barn doors -3 bathrooms (2 with showers) -Fully functional kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, dishwasher and large island -Basic kitchen items (cutlery, cups, mugs, plates) -5+ sets/ rooms (kitchen, living room, chair/ loft corner, boho plant room, bedroom) -Storage closet for coats, bags and shoes -Full laundry (washer and dryer) The loft can host events like photo shoots, photography workshops and training, small events (birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, etc), classes (cooking classes, yoga classes, etc) Or contact us with your own idea and we can plan a rental to suit your event needs!

Parking description

There is free street parking and meter street parking beside the building. There is also a large public parking lot right across the street from the building

Lighting description

There are lots of windows throughout the space, every room has at least 1 window There are curtains on most of the windows and the blinds can be drawn to diffuse the amount of light coming in through the window The loft has good natural lighting all day long!

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The AC unit is silent The downstairs neighbors are quiet You can hear some street noise from vehicles on the road outside of the building but it is not very noticeable

Equipment loading description

The entrance is at the back of the building, and you will have to go up a flight of stairs to access the unit There’s no wheel chair ramp, or elevator to go upstairs

The large walk in closet just off of the bedroom set is off limits It is used as a storage space so please stay out of this space Thank you

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

There are power outlets in every room of the studio The circuit breaker is located just off of the kitchen beside the washer and dryer

General Rules

No smoking in the building No open flame in the building (birthday candles are okay) No parking on the parking pad at the back of the building (that is private parking) No overnight stays Outside catering is allowed Alcohol is allowed (bring your own) No loud parties We are open 8am-8pm 7 days a week (if you need a longer rental outside of our hours of operation please contact us directly) Please respect the space and clean up after yourself If anything is damaged or broken during your time at the loft, a fee may be charged to the renter to cover the cost of damages

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture must stay in the building, but it can be moved around as you need to for your own use

No smoke machines allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There are 2 security cameras in the space, one outside looking at the entrance and another in the entrance way They are always on and recording in case of any theft, vandalism or emergencies

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
